Why Can't I Hear Samples From «an item you want to listen to»?
While we do have over 150,000 sound samples (and growing!), there are items that do not currently have sound samples. Our media team is adding samples every day, but if you do need to hear a specific song or songs before deciding on a purchase, try the following:

  1. Check another format to see if that has sound samples. Sometimes, a CD Single may have the same or some of the same tracklisings as a vinyl single, and may include sound samples for you to listen to.
  2. Do a "Song Title" search, and see if that title exists on a various artists or best of compliation that may have sound samples.
  3. If neither 1 nor 2 work, you can always e-mail our customer service team @ CustomerService@NRGmusic.com and request sound samples. Please make sure to include either the UPC Number or Our Number in your request.
