They will tell you how innovative they were, offering you free shipping on select items, but secretly raising prices to compensate. The truth is, nrgmusic.com was the first major retailer to offer you free shipping in the United States on every item in our catalog: over 300,000 music titles.

Introducing nrgDelivery^TM

At nrgmusic.com, all orders shipped outside the U.S. or U.S. orders using an upgraded method of shipping are based on weight, not some arbitrary made-up number. We have carefully weighed each format available in our catalog, so that you are only paying for the shipping that you actually use

What does this mean for you?

It means you're finally free from paying overinflated shipping costs. It means no gouging your wallet. When you order from us, you will be paying the REAL cost of shipping. We call it nrgDelivery^TM, and it's something you're going to find only @ nrgmusic.com

General Information

Shipping methods, times, and rates are determined by your order weight, shipping country, and desired shipping time. For this reason, exact shipping methods, rates, and delivery times can only be displayed after you log in to your account and will be displayed upon checkout. You can change your shipping options at any time for items that have not been charged by accessing "My Account". Shipping options cannot change after items have been charged due to the fact that they have already entered the shipping process. Due to the fact that our shipping information comes directly from the USPS database and we are not in control of that database, we are not responsible for discrepancies in shipping price. Your quote at checkout is an estimate of the final cost and can change in some circumstances.

Holidays

For U.S. holidays, shipping may be slightly delayed. The United States Postal Service does not ship or deliver on the following dates:

Upgraded Shipping Methods and Worldwide Shipping

Prices shown next to each shipping method during Checkout reflect the total price if all items arrive together and are shipped in the same pacakge. If items are shipped seperately, additional shipping costs may occur. We will notify you of additional shipping costs prior to shipment for your review.

Shipping Options

On checkout, you will be able to set shipping options that can save you money or speed up delivery for U.S. upgraded shipping methods and worldwide shipments:

• For First Shipment: If you choose an upgraded method of shipping, and your order contains more than one item, you can choose this option to have your first shipment ship out at the upgraded shipping rate (determined by the weight of items shipping). All further U.S. shipments will ship via our free shipping. Further worldwide shipments will be shipped at airmail rates.

• For Each Shipment: If you choose an upgraded method of shipping, and your order contains more than one item, you can choose this option to have each shipment ship out at the upgraded shipping rate (determined by the weight of items shipping). All further shipments will ship via the upgraded or worldwide shipping method (i.e. priority shipping) at the shipping rate.

• Hold My Items: If your order contains more than one item, you can choose this shipping option to hold all your items at our warehouse for the amount of days you specify to consolidate your order. Items that come in after this date will ship out at the shipping method you chose, with the shipping options you chose (either First Shipment or Each Shipment).

Lost / Incorrectly Addressed Mail

• Lost Mail: If your package hasn't arrived within the maximum time quoted for the shipping method you've chosen, please contact our customer service department @ customerservice@nrgmusic.com. Include your order number, and what items haven't arrived.

• Make sure your shipping address is correct. Additional shipping charges will apply if an order is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, and needs to be re-shipped.

U.S. Shipping Rates

All shipments, including priority and express, are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Therefore, we can ship to P.O. boxes, as well as APO and FPO addresses.
